At Red Royal Jewelry, each piece is crafted with precision and passion. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and accompanied by the original invoice, packaging, and authenticity certificate.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry pieces.
Items purchased during special sales or promotions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your jewelry for a different size, design, or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Kindly share unboxing photos/videos for verification.
